Accessibility

Strong Tower Media LLC wants every person to be able to use TrackerMaster at trackermaster.app — including the trackers themselves — regardless of ability or the assistive technology they rely on. This page states the standard we hold ourselves to, exactly what we have tested and when, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

1. Our standard

TrackerMaster targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This covers the platform itself (signing up, redeeming an Etsy purchase, your dashboard and account pages) and every tracker we ship.

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. Fixes are made in the product itself.

2. Conformance status

Our good-faith assessment is that the platform and all trackers currently meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, based on the combined automated and human testing below.

• 2026-06-21 — platform automated audit passed. Every public page was scanned with axe-core (the industry-standard WCAG rule engine) at desktop and mobile viewport sizes. Zero serious or critical violations.
• 2026-06-22 — tracker audit passed. All tracker apps were scanned with the same axe-core WCAG 2.1 A/AA ruleset, desktop and mobile. Zero serious or critical violations.
• 2026-07-05 — manual keyboard and screen-reader pass completed. Automated tools catch only part of WCAG, so we walked the real flows by hand: keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader use across sign-in, the Etsy redemption and onboarding flow, the dashboard, account settings, and each tracker’s day-to-day use.

3. What we did

The work behind that status, in plain terms:

• Color contrast: lifted the muted text colors in our design system and re-based low-contrast buttons so all text meets the 4.5:1 AA contrast ratio against our dark backgrounds.
• Keyboard access: removed fake button wrappers and click-only elements; every interactive control is a real button or link, reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Screen-reader semantics: corrected dialog and radio-group markup, labelled every form input, and fixed invalid ARIA attributes so assistive tech announces controls accurately.
• Tracker apps: remediated every tracker bundle to the same standard — labels on icon-only controls, contrast fixes, and correct landmark structure inside each tracker.
• Permanent gates: accessibility linting and the axe-core WCAG scan now run as automated checks, so a regression fails our build before it can ship. Every UI change is re-audited.
• Human verification: the manual keyboard-only and screen-reader passes described above, completed 2026-07-05.

4. Known limitations

• Trackers run inside an embedded frame on their own page. Each tracker is audited to the same WCAG 2.1 AA bar before it ships, and newly added trackers must pass the same gate.
• Purchases happen on Etsy, whose pages are outside our control. Everything from /redeem onward is ours and covered by this statement.

5. Feedback and contact

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on TrackerMaster, we want to know and we will fix it. Email support@trackermaster.app with the page or tracker, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using (if any). We aim to respond within two business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also raise a formal complaint through the same address marked “Accessibility complaint” and we will escalate it.
