Refund Policy

Strong Tower Media LLC operates TrackerMaster at trackermaster.app. This page explains when refunds are and aren’t available, separated by where the purchase was made, and states our auto-renewal commitments.
1. Etsy purchases (the lifetime tracker that creates your account)
Your first tracker is purchased through our Etsy listing. The purchase grants you a permanent account at trackermaster.app and one specific tracker bound to your account for the operational lifetime of the service.
Because the product is a digital service activated immediately on claim, all sales are final once your claim token has been redeemed and your account has been created. Before redemption — that is, you bought on Etsy but have not yet visited /redeemand created an account — you may request a refund through your Etsy order page within 30 days of purchase. Where possible, we will void the unredeemed claim and Etsy will issue the refund.
Etsy purchases are also subject to Etsy’s Purchase Protection program independently of this policy. To start an Etsy case, use Help with Orderon your Etsy receipt within Etsy’s stated window.
Technical requirements: a modern desktop or mobile browser (last two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) and an internet connection.
2. Subscription fees
Subscription fees (paid through Stripe for monthly or annual plans above the Owned Slot) are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account → Billing in one step; cancellation stops all future charges. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods.
After cancellation you keep access to your paid tier’s slots through the end of the current paid period. Tracker data in slots that deactivate at period end is retained, so re-subscribing later restores access without losing your history.
2.1 Auto-renewal commitments
For monthly and annual subscriptions, Strong Tower Media LLC commits to the following practices, consistent with state auto-renewal laws including those of California, New York, and Colorado:
- Renewal terms (price, frequency, cancellation) are shown adjacent to the payment button before any charge, and you must affirmatively accept them before being charged.
- After purchase, a confirmation email lists your subscription term, next renewal date, next-renewal price, and a direct link to cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Account → Billing in one step. We do not require a phone call, chat, or email to cancel, and the cancel mechanism is at least as simple as the signup mechanism.
- For annual plans, we email a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal listing the renewal date, the next renewal price, and a direct link to cancel.
- If we change the price or other material terms, we will email you at least 5 and not more than 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new terms.
2.2 Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are billed once for a full year at the discounted annual rate. Cancelling an annual subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund the current annual term, except as described in Section 3 below or where required by law.
2.3 Failed renewals and disputed charges
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge per Stripe’s defaults, downgrade or suspend access, and ultimately cancel the subscription for non-payment. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@trackermaster.appfirst — we can usually resolve billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a charge we have already refunded or attempted to resolve in good faith may result in account suspension.
3. Service failures
If TrackerMaster is materially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period for reasons within our control, contact support@trackermaster.app. We review credit and refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will work in good faith to make it right.
4. How to request a refund
- Etsy purchase, not yet redeemed: open a help request through your Etsy order page. We will void the unredeemed claim where possible and Etsy will process the refund.
- Subscription cancellation: cancel from Account → Billing. If you also need to discuss a credit, email support@trackermaster.app.
- Service failure or billing error: email support@trackermaster.app with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement, including rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act and the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, we will provide it.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect existing subscriptions take effect at the start of your next billing period or as required by law.
