I bought a tracker on Etsy. How do I claim it?
Visit trackermaster.app/redeemand enter the order number from your Etsy receipt. We'll verify the purchase, mint a one-time claim token, and walk you through creating your account. The first tracker is bound to your account permanently — it survives every plan change.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription?
No. Every tracker is a one-time purchase on Etsy, bound to your account permanently — nothing to cancel, no recurring charge. Buy it once and it's yours for good.
Can I get more than one tracker?
Yes. Buy any other tracker on Etsy using the same email, and it attaches to your existing TrackerMaster account automatically. Each one is permanent, and new trackers are added to the lineup regularly.
My tracker isn't loading. What do I do?
First, hard-refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) to clear cached assets. If it still fails, message us on Etsy with the tracker slug (visible in the URL — e.g. /tracker/pulse) and a brief description of what you see. Browser version helps too.
Where's my data stored, and can I export it?
All tracker contents live in our database under your account, RLS-gated so only you can read them. Self-serve export is on the roadmap — for now, message us on Etsy and we'll send you a JSON export within 5 business days.
How do I get a refund?
See our refund policy. Etsy purchases follow Etsy's policy through your order page.
